Acceptable use
Aanty is provided for legitimate team, customer, and agent communication. The usual acceptable-use expectations apply: no abuse of the service, no attempts to circumvent tenant isolation or rate limits, no use that violates applicable law.
Fair billing
We intend to bill for active users, not every seat you've ever provisioned. Deactivated or dormant accounts shouldn't cost you.
Rate limits and export
Rate limits scale with your plan, the way most APIs work. Bulk, structured data export is not rate-limited or gated behind a higher tier — it's available on every plan, always.
Price stability
- No forced AI bundle price increases — if AI capability is included in your plan today, we don't intend to strip it out and resell it as an add-on.
- Multi-year price locks are planned for community, nonprofit, and education plans, so a free or discounted tier can't be revoked or hiked without notice.
The no-lockdown pledges
Two commitments we intend to make contractual, not just marketing copy:
- No API lockdown — your own data stays reachable through export and API access, on every tier, for the life of your account.
- No training on your content — customer content is not used to train models that serve other customers.
Liability and warranty
Standard liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, and indemnification terms will apply, in line with typical SaaS agreements. The specific language is pending final legal review and is not reproduced here.
