How aanty is designed to handle your data.
This describes the posture we're building to, in plain language, before the binding legal text exists.
Your conversation graph is yours
Every tier gets a full, self-serve, structured export of your data — messages, entities, decisions, and the graph connecting them. There's no lockdown that makes leaving expensive, and no rate-limited history API standing between you and your own conversations.
No training on customer content
Customer content is not used to train models, contractually. Where AI processing touches your data, it's to classify and route your own messages back to you — not to improve a model that serves anyone else.
Attention analytics, without a surveillance surface
Aanty measures things like time-to-acknowledge and briefing open rate to prove the product is actually reducing interruptions — not to watch you.
- Per-user attention metrics are visible only to that user, on their own dashboard.
- Org-level views are aggregate-only, with small-cohort suppression so no view can be narrowed down to identify an individual.
- No manager or admin surface ever shows another person's individual attention profile.
Pseudonymity where a workspace needs it
Sensitive-community workspaces can run in pseudonymous mode: a member's overlay identity is what's shown everywhere in the product, and their primary email or cross-workspace identity never surfaces — not in a tooltip, not in an export, not in an admin view. Identity is decoupled from billing and authentication so a workspace can offer real anonymity without breaking account security.
Denied content leaks nothing
When you don't have access to a thread, entity, or search result, aanty renders a locked empty state. It does not leak a subject line, a participant name, or any other field as a preview of content you can't see.
Data residency and self-hosting
Data-residency options and a self-hosted / bring-your-own-cloud edition are on our roadmap for organizations with sovereignty or regulatory requirements that a shared SaaS deployment can't satisfy.
