Jira
Every ticket gets a thread. Every thread can move the ticket.
How Jira fits into aanty
A Jira issue owns a thread with a live entity card — status, assignee, priority — and discussion happening in that thread can be reflected back to Jira. It’s the same generic linked_entity envelope aanty uses for every sibling platform’s tasks and risks, applied to Jira issues.
Live entity card
The issue’s status, assignee and priority render inline in the thread and stay current — not a stale screenshot pasted at link time.
Slash-command actions
Actions like assigning or transitioning an issue can execute in Jira with aanty as the interface, audited like any other agent or human action.
Webhook-driven updates
Jira’s webhooks feed the event bus, so a status change or new comment shows up as a message the assignee can reply to directly.
Bi-directional integration
Events flow both ways: Jira activity lands in aanty as a typed message in the right thread, and actions taken in aanty — approvals, replies, assignments — flow back out to Jira, kept in sync through the same tenant-scoped access controls as the rest of the product.
